Funding Opportunities
Heart of Gold cardiac campaign-- The goal of the Heart of Gold campaign is to raise $200,000 to help upgrade cardiac diagnostic and monitoring equipment. With approximately 30,000 cardiac patient visits each year, it is imperative that our community has access to state-of-the-art equipment to improve the heart health of our community. Funding will also enable the hospital to obtain national Chest Pain Accrediation through advanced training and education for the medical staff.
Unrestricted Fund—This fund allows for the greatest in flexibility enabling SNMH Foundation to address our Hospital’s Area of Greatest Need, the most immediate and pressing needs each year.
Cancer Center--SNMH's Community Cancer Center is a nationally accredited Cancer Center with a philosophy of treating the whole person and not just the disease. With cutting-edge technology, like the new Varian Linear Accelerator, and a variety of support groups, our Cancer Center is here for the patient and family throughout the journey.
Read Me A Story—Read Me a Story is a program of SNMH Foundation that provides books to children ages 0-5 years and their families at their well-baby check-ups. Families are encouraged to read to their child reinforcing fundamental core values and increased literary rates in our community.
Alzheimer’s Outreach Project (AOP)—AOP is the primary caregiver resource, support and advocacy program. This program offers our community an Alzheimer’s helpline for caregivers, respite care and educational classes.
Other—If there is another area of the Hospital you would like to support, please write it on the “Other” line of the enclosed gift envelope.
