Sierra Silver Ball
The Sierra Siver Ball is our annual black tie gala. Guests enjoy an oyster and martini bar, gourmet cuisine by candlelight and dance the night away. Each year the Silver Ball committee creates an incredible experience unmatched by any other event in the area. Past themes include “Celebrating the Silver Screen”, SNMH's 50th Anniversary, Masquerade Ball and SNMH Foundation's 25th Anniversary.
At the Sierra Silver Ball, the Curtis Grimes Perpetual Award is presented to a volunteer who has demonstrated the outstanding leadership that Curtis Grimes exemplified. Nearly two decades ago Curtis Grimes was instrumental in creating the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation. Through his efforts the Foundation is able to provide necessary financial backing to support the quality healthcare Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital provides the community.
